Q: What currency are your prices in, and are taxes included?

All prices on our website are in Great British Pounds (£ / GBP). Yes! The price you see on the product page is the final price; all applicable taxes (VAT) are already included. We pride ourselves on having no hidden fees.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Because we aim to process orders quickly (before our 2:00 PM cutoff), changes or cancellations are difficult once an order is confirmed. Please contact us immediately at info@beauspackdogcare.com with your order number, and we will do our absolute best to intercept it if it hasn't entered the packing process.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Q: Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver exclusively to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our estimated total delivery time is 3 – 6 business days.

Orders placed before our 2:00 PM GMT/BST cut-off on a weekday begin processing the same day. Full details can be found on our Shipping Policy

Q: How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched (within 1-2 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number. Check Track Your Order page.

Returns & Customer Support

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We have a NO restocking fee policy. Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, food, treats, and sanitary items are exempt from returns unless faulty. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Q: How quickly will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we commit to processing your refund within 10 business days. The funds will then be returned to your original payment method.
